The 64th edition of the European Commodities Exchange has taken place at the Grand Palais in Paris. Organized by Agro Paris Bourse, this event is the unmissable annual gathering for all the world’s leading professionals in the grain, cereals, oilseed and protein crops trading sector.

On 3rd December, the French Renewable Energy Federation held the 10th edition of the National Conference on Marine Renewable Energy, entitled "Ocean of Solutions: The Marine Renewable Energy Industry at the Service of Energy Sovereignty", at the headquarters of the Business France organization in Paris.

An all-female delegation represented Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port at the IACP World Conference on Cities and Ports from 26th to 29th November: Sophie Cochard-Quesson, Director of Planning and Development, Environment and Real-Estate Assets, Katell Cornec-Lepage, Strategy Officer with responsibility for city-port relations, and Emilie Chefdor, Communication Officer with responsibility for the Port Center project.

After two months of meetings and exchanges with members of the public, the preliminary consultation phase of the Éole project, conducted with the guarantors of the French National Public Debate Commission (CNDP), came to an end on 23rd November.

The Rotra Mare called at Saint Nazaire on Thursday 5th December, carrying the first blades of the wind turbines that will equip the Îles d’Yeu et de Noirmoutier offshore wind farm. This is an important milestone in the construction of what will be France’s fourth offshore wind farm, which is due to come on stream at the end of 2025.

Nantes Saint-Nazaire Port has initiated a partnership with Lig'Entreprises. As part of this partnership, a number of prevention activities and initiatives are offered to employees on a voluntary basis.
