Our Competitive Recruitments

Recruitments under a permanent contract of employment for a position as an electrician, mechanic, sheet-metal worker, welder, machinist, landscape gardener and seaman are done through a competitive selection process. On average, a competitive selection is held once every two years by specialism. The candidates are pre-selected on the basis of their written applications, and take theoretical and practical tests that are organized over two half-days, in collaboration with an external examination body. The candidates who have passed those tests are then interviewed by the Human Resources Directorate and by a manager from the relevant department.
