Flying the colours of Oportunity on a joint stand, Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port and its partners Sogebras and Terminal du Grand Ouest (TGO) took part in this annual gathering of the offshore renewable energy industry.

Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port took part in the day-long event on the theme "Decarbonizing Maritime Transport Operations", held by the CARGO University Collective on 19th June.

On 24th and 25th June, Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port welcomed its six European partners for discussions on the challenges involved in the mass deployment of offshore wind power by 2030. The following were all present: Port Oostende (Belgium), Groningen Seaports and Eemshaven (Netherlands), Niedersachsen Port and Cuxhaven (Germany), ABP Humber (United Kingdom), Port Esbjerg (Denmark) and Szczecin (Poland).

Teams from Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port’s Development Directorate were present at the Top Logistics Europe Trade Show held in Saint Malo on 19th and 20th June.

Under a somewhat overcast sky, the American cruise liner Azamara Quest of the US cruise shipping line Azamara made a call at Nantes Cheviré on 14th June. Her 643 passengers served by a 387-strong crew were able to visit the City Centre and to go on excursions.
