Cheviré Port Facilities: Call for Expressions of Interest
The Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port Authority is issuing a call for expressions of interest for the operation of the Cheviré port facilities. The aim is to outsource the operation of the Cheviré port facilities to one or more companies.
The activities concerned consist in the operation of the plant and equipment used to carry out vessel or barge loading and unloading operations, and for the handling, storage, delivery and receipt of cargo.
The Cheviré port facilities are the focal point for a wide variety of different types of traffic, including construction-related bulk cargo (timber, sand), recycled products (scrap metal, earth, waste wood), break-bulk and miscellaneous bulk cargo (fertilizers, organic grain and cereals, peat, onshore wind turbine components), heavy-lift cargo consignments…
This call for expressions of interest comprises a candidacy phase, a bid presentation phase and a negotiation phase.
