Work on the Assembly Facility Continues

The work on preparing the future facility for the assembly of offshore wind turbines for the future Banc de Guérande wind farm is continuing apace in Saint Nazaire. The work is being carried out by a consortium led by Charier, on behalf of General Electric.

This summer will see the start of additional work to reinforce the east section of paved area adjoining the Joubert sluice dock, to be carried out by a consortium led by Eurovia with Nantes − Saint Nazaire Port as the contracting authority. This work will be done in close coordination with the operator and the customers of the port facility, in order to avoid as far as possible any disruption to the shipbuilding and ship repair activities that will continue at the same time at the Joubert sluice dock.
