A New Warehouse at the Montoir Industrial and Logistical Facility

Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port is developing new real estate capacity for logistics operations. Work has just been completed on the construction of a 3 000 m² warehouse behind the general cargo and container terminal.

The keys were handed over to its operator, Terminal du Grand Ouest (TGO) at the start of June.

The building designed by Best-Hall was erected in just 3 weeks. This is the 3rd metal-and-textile warehouse to be located at the Montoir de Bretagne industrial and logistical facility in under 2 years.
Other projects are in progress to meet the growing needs of the Regional Community’s industrial firms and logistical service providers.
