France 3 Devotes an Entire Programme to Nantes ‒ Saint-Nazaire Port

On Sunday, 15th June, regional TV channel France 3 Pays de la Loire devoted its "Politics on Sunday" programme slot to Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port and its role in the economic development of the Regional Community. Jean-Rémy Villageois, Chair of the Management Board of Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port, was invited to present the Port’s activities and the actions being undertaken to meet the challenges of tomorrow and to successfully transition to a model that is less dependent on fossil fuels.

Alongside him, Camille Valéro, a researcher at ISEMAR, the Applied Research Centre in Maritime Economics, provided insights into the port ecosystem and ongoing actions in the area of decarbonization.

The growth of the sail power sector was also a key topic of discussion, with the participation of Jean Zanuttini, Chairman of Neoline, a designer and owner of wind-powered cargo ships.
