At the Seanergy Trade Show, which was held in Nantes on 19th and 20th May, Jean-Rémy Villageois, Chair of the Management Board of Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port, Jérôme Hilt, Project Director, and Christophe Perrin, Technical Director at Pennavel, signed an agreement in principle on 19th May regarding the project to site a floating offshore wind farm facility off the coast of Southern Brittany.

Maintenance Work on Ro-Ro Pontoon N°3

On 16th April, ro-ro pontoon N° 3 was detached from its gangway and moored at general cargo and container terminal berth N° 5 at Montoir de Bretagne, prior to its transfer to the docks in Saint Nazaire. In early May, it was then moved to the Joubert sluice dock, where the teams carried out the blocking work and dry docking operations in preparation for its maintenance turnaround, which began in mid-May.

The Orient Express Corinthian Has Set Sail

The first sail-powered cruise liner built by the Chantiers de l’Atlantique Shipyard was inaugurated on 29th April, at the Joubert sluice dock in Saint Nazaire. The Orient Express Corinthian is the fruit of Chantiers de l’Atlantique’s expertise and of a project led by the Accor Group.
